Kristen M. Howard, partner at the firm, received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from San Diego State University in 1996 and her Juris Doctor degree from American College of Law in 2000. Before becoming partner, Kristen worked as a law clerk for Carolyn A. Makupson and completed an internship with the Los Angeles District Attorney's office. Kristen has served as a volunteer for the Los Angeles County Bar Pro Bono Domestic Violence Project and as a volunteer for the Harriett Buhai Center for Family Law Pro Bono Attorney Panel. She also served as a committee member for the Harriett Buhai Center for Family Law Annual Gospel Brunch fundraiser. Kristen is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and Pasadena Bar Association. Kristen resides in Pasadena with her husband, their twins, and their Italian greyhound, Basil and doberman, Bruno.

Thomas “Andrew” Howell is a zealous advocate for his clients whose practice focuses on personal injury, medical malpractice, and nursing home abuse/neglect. Andrew is results focused and understands the impact a devastating injury can have on his clients’ daily lives. Andrew graduated from the University of Kentucky College of law in 2009 earning a Juris Doctorate. During his time at UK, he served as a member of the Trial Advocacy Board. Andrew joins Wilt & Thompson having previously had his own firm in Oldham County, Kentucky. While practicing in Oldham County, Andrew was elected President of the 12th Judicial Circuit Bar Association and was an Board Member of the Oldham County Arts Association. For many years Andrew served as a Guardian Ad Litem in Oldham Family Court representing children and families in neglect and abuse cases. Andrew decided to leave his own firm joining Wilt and Thompson in 2020 to focus his practice on personal injury and medical malpractice.
