John is a lifelong Buckeye. He graduated with honors from The Ohio State University in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in business and accounting. In 1983, John graduated with honors from The Ohio State University College of Law. He has been practicing law in Cuyahoga Falls ever since. John has been active in the community as a long-time baseball coach and as a member of several community organizations. John and his family are proud to call Cuyahoga Falls home. ? During his thirty-six year legal career, John has prepared thousands of Wills, Power of Attorneys, Trusts, and sophisticated estate planning devises and has represented many clients with the administration of estates, trusts, and guardianships. A graduate of Brown University and Georgetown University Law Center, Brad opened his own firm in 2024 after serving as a Partner of the Sutton Law Firm, Of Counsel to Reed & Davidson, and an associate at Buchalter Nemer. Brad has represented clients in Federal Election Commission, Fair Political Practices Commission and local enforcement agency actions. For many years, Brad taught Election Law and Civil Procedure at Chapman University School of Law and served as a member of the Los Angeles County Superior Court mediation panel. ? Before practicing law, Brad worked as a political consultant, served as a delegate to a national Presidential Convention, and was a statewide communications director for a Presidential campaign. Brad was also an aide to a United States Senator in Washington, D.C. and Los Angeles. Brad is a Past President of the California Political Attorneys Association and a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association. Brad is a frequent lecturer and author in the area of political and election law and has been a member of several non-profit boards. He is married, with three adult children, and resides in Woodland Hills, CA.

James was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. James graduated from Washington University in St. Louis in 1988 with a degree in business administration, specializing in finance. James then went on to attend and graduate from Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, California. While in law school, James interned for both a federal bankruptcy judge in Los Angeles and the Texas Supreme Court. After graduating from Pepperdine, James moved to Houston and founded The Heston Law Firm, a consumer law firm concentrating in bankruptcy. James is a proud member of both the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and the Houston Association of Debtor’s Attorneys and the Bankruptcy Law Sections of both the American Bar Association and the Texas Bar. In 2006, James expanded the focus of the firm from just bankruptcy law to its current, much broader orientation of debt relief law. In his career as a debt relief lawyer, James has helped over 10,000 Texans resolve their debts either through bankruptcy, debt settlement, or debt lawsuit defense.
