Brandon grew up in Clarksville, Arkansas. There, he learned the most fundamental parts of lawyering: how to work hard, work smart, and work out problems with other people. Although he picked up the rest in law school and the first years of his practice, he firmly believes that what makes him an excellent advocate is what he learned growing up. Before enrolling in law school, Brandon attended Arkansas Tech University, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in business. Taking critical points from the business perspective he’d learned, Brandon applies many of the same to his practice today, where he emphasizes efficiency, excels in customer service, and practices effective communication. He believes he serves his clients best when the firm is running like a well-oiled machine—much like a business. After graduating from Arkansas Technical College, Brandon went on to law school. There, he received Honors upon graduating with his Master’s in Business Administration.

I am the youngest of five children and a first-generation college graduate. I have your stereotypical big Italian family with 15 nieces and nephews and counting, including three stepdaughters. I received my bachelor’s with honors from the University of Tennessee with a double-major in Political Science and History. I was the President of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, Vice-President of the Student Government Association, Liaison for Animal Outreach, and Co-chair for the Volunteer community. When I was not studying or volunteering, I would come home to our family’s farm. I had family dinners, played paintball, road ATVs, went horseback riding, bailed hay, or jumped off waterfalls. My favorite thing to do was take care of the animals- horses, goats, donkeys, pigs, cows, and dogs. My love of animals led me to Barry University School of law where I graduated with honors and received my certification in environmental law. In law school I was the President of the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund, Secretary of the Environmental Law Society, Business Editor of the Environmental Law Journal, and promoter for Kaplan Bar Prep. My goal in life was to represent those who could not represent themselves. Be a voice to the voiceless. I am licensed to practice law in Florida and Tennessee. When I first started practicing law, I worked for several different defense firms defending insurance companies in breach of contract cases involving homeowner’s insurance claims. I know how insurance companies work, defend, and even try their cases. This inside knowledge allows me to see, and perceive any issues with a particular case, and the ability to overcome them.
