He received his Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern University School of Law. He served 22 years in the Air Force as a Judge Advocate. He also served as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney for nearly 5 years.

He is a licensed Pennsylvania Title Insurance Agent and Pennsylvania Notary. John is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania state and federal courts in the Western District of Pennsylvania.
