Alfred Haddad is a lifelong resident of Cook County and has graduated from John Marshall Law School in 2015. He has since received certificates for alternative dispute resolution and trial advocacy. Alfred completed his Bachelor’s degree from Loyola University in Chicago. Alfred is also a proud member of the Chicago Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association, and is licensed to practice law in Illinois and the northern district of Illinois.

Mr. Haffey specializes mainly in the fields of corporate law, financial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, franchise and distribution law and tax law, as well as in a wide variety of sectors with closely-held business clients.

Mr. Hagan’s practice is focused in the area of complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on litigating unlawful competition, intellectual property infringement, cyber security and circumvention, and business contract disputes before federal courts around the country. In addition to traditional litigation claims, Mr. Hagan also represents content distributors and encryption providers in executing writs of seizure under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act including recent actions in California, Florida and Kentucky. Mr. Hagan has also worked in close connection with both domestic and foreign governmental agencies in joint litigation efforts including the Federal Bureau of Investigations, United States Attorney’s Office, US Customs, and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
