Las Vegas, Nevada attorney Joseph Gersten is the founder of The Gersten Law Firm. His practice focuses on criminal defense in the Nevada federal and state courts. He represents Nevada residents, as well as visitors and tourists, on the full range of criminal offenses — including drug and prostitution charges, domestic violence offenses, and firearms violations. Starting the summer of 2L and ending upon graduating law school, Michael externed at the Spokane County Superior Court where he aided the Court in researching Case Law and drafting memorandums to aid Justices in formulating their rulings. Upon graduating from Gonzaga Law, Michael partnered with longtime friend Zach Myers and they founded Northwest Law. Sergiu Gherman is experienced in drafting commercial documents including LLC operating agreements, real estate contracts, non-compete agreements, employment agreements, drafting various assignments and loan documents, and bi-lingual Russian-English agreements for companies established in Canada, South Korea, Isle of Man, Russian Federation, Singapore, and the United States. Mr. Gherman is the former Honorary Consul of the Republic of Moldova in the State of Florida. He has been involved in the community of Broward and Miami-Dade Counties.
