Since Jonathan was a little kid, he was committed to following in his father’s footsteps in the practice of law and to, one day, take over one of New Orleans’ prominent law firms his father started back in the 90s. Today, he is living that dream and strives to take the law firm to the next level and to grow the firm’s presence even stronger in the New Orleans Community. Like his father, Jonathan has dedicated his legal career to representing the people of New Orleans against the modern-day Goliaths. He has grown to love the challenge of standing up for and representing people who have the odds stacked against them. Jonathan has taken his job seriously through the years of his practice. He is not afraid when the insurance company offers his client pennies on the dollar, thinking they can get his client to fold. Quite the opposite, he enjoys it when we can go to court and show our clients how powerful we can be to stand up to the big insurance companies and how we fight for their rights and prevail time after time. Dana’s practice predominately focuses on Family Law and Matrimonial although she is adept at tackling other areas of law when they intersect with a divorce action. Dana practiced commercial litigation before landing in Family Law. Early on in her career she left the private sector to work for the Administration for Children’s Services (“ACS”) where she prosecuted child abuse and neglect cases in New York City. In addition to focusing on child protection, Dana honed her trial skills doing countless hearings and advocating on behalf of her clients. After the birth of her first child, Dana left ACS in 2002 and returned to the private sector, practicing solely Family and Matrimonial Law and adding Mediation to her practice. Dana fully appreciates the emotional complexity involved in matters having to do with family, marriage, finances and domestic violence. Each case is unique and carries with it a particular set of circumstance. Dana is especially skilled at understanding the nuances of each matter and employs an unusual combination of strength and sensitivity for her clients.

In 2019, Attorney Robin Forsythe set out to create a modern fee-based practice to help those with tax controversy and estate planning needs. Having witnessed the loss of her father as a young woman, Robin understands the stress and heartbreak that comes with losing a loved one unexpectedly, and the disruption that the probate process can have in a family. The Forsythe Law practice is built upon the understanding that families need advocates that understand the pains that come with dealing with estates, finances, and taxes. GUY A. FORTNEY is a partner with the Tulsa law firm of Brewster & De Angelis where he practices in the areas of complex civil litigation in both state and federal court. Mr. Fortney received his B.S. and J.D. degrees from the University of Tulsa. He is a member of the Tulsa County, Oklahoma and American bar associations, The Association of Trial Lawyers of America and Oklahoma Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Fortney has appeared on ABC’s Good Morning America and spoke on several occasions on litigation skills, medical malpractice and civil rights.
