John C. Green was born and raised in Fresno, California into a family of seven children. He attended and graduated from Buchanan High School. Mr. Green grew up the son of a personal injury lawyer and had exposure to the field from a young age. After high school, Mr. Green served a two-year service mission for his church in Maine, Vermont, and New Hampshire. Mr. Green received his bachelor’s degree in Economics from University of Utah in 2016. He received his Juris Doctorate from University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law in 2019. While at McGeorge, Mr. Green was awarded honors in trial advocacy. He also received his certificate of concentration in trial and appellate advocacy. Mr. Green also had the opportunity to work with federal judges in the Eastern District of California on civil rights cases. After passing the California Bar, Mr. Green practiced at a personal injury firm in the valley for a couple of years until he decided to leave the firm and begin his own firm closer to home. When not working, Mr. Green enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids. He enjoys exploring the outdoors, camping, fishing, and anything else in nature. Mr. Green is also an avid sports fan and enjoys watching nearly any sport that is televised.

Mike only represents plaintiffs and has achieved some of the highest recoveries on record on behalf of his clients in the North Bay area counties and in the State of California in certain practice areas. In 2024, Mike was lead counsel in a medical malpractice case that resulted in a jury verdict of $26.2 million for his client. Some of Mike’s other results include obtaining $37.7 million in a blended personal injury and wrongful death case; $25 million in a wrongful death case; $10.4 million in a trucking accident case, and $6.2 million in a civil rights case. Mike has been lead trial counsel in jury trials taken to verdict in wrongful death cases, personal injury cases, product liability cases, employment cases, premises liability cases, medical malpractice cases, government entity liability cases, and dog bite cases.

For more than thirty years, Paul Green has represented multiemployer pension and welfare plans, labor management cooperation trusts, and labor organizations. Mr. Green is a recognized expert in the field of ERISA and employee benefits, and leads the employee benefits practice at his Firm. Mr. Green also serves as the General Counsel of the National Coordinating Committee for Multiemployer Plans. Prior to joining the Firm as a founding partner, Mr. Green led the employee benefits practice at the former Beins, Axelrod, Osborne, Mooney & Green, P.C. Mr. Green originally gained his ERISA expertise as an attorney with the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation, after serving as a clerk for the Hon. Rita C. Davidson on the Court of Appeals of Maryland.
