Former Workers’ Compensation Hearings Officer at the New Hampshire Department of Labor. A founding partner of Patch & FitzGerald. Attorney FitzGerald concentrates in New Hampshire workers’ compensation law and personal injury law. He is a frequently requested speaker at continuing legal education seminars for attorneys, major regional employers, the New Hampshire Department of Labor and Compensation Appeals Board. He is a graduate of George Washington University where he majored in Public Affairs with a concentration in economics and statistics. While living in Washington DC, he served on the staff of the United States Senate and handled constituent requests. He received his JD from Vermont Law School in 1981. He is currently admitted to practice in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts. He is also a member of the New Hampshire Workers’ Compensation Subcommittee.

Attorney Richard J. Fitzpatrick founded Fitzpatrick & Associates in 2003. After completing his secondary education at the Wilbraham & Monson Academy Richard attended undergraduate at Stonehill College where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology. Prior to attending Law School Richard worked as an analytical chemist in synthetic membrane chemistry where his work contributed to a patent application for purification systems. Richard attended Roger Williams University School of Law. While in Law School Richard was the Vice President of the Student Bar Association and served as president of the Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity. Richard has successfully represented clients through all phases of litigation since he began to practice law in 2001. He has tried hundreds of cases in various State and Federal Courts on behalf of clients.

Brian focuses his practice on global and domestic antitrust investigations and other regulatory investigations, as well as related class action litigation. He has represented clients involved in wide-ranging investigations and class action litigation relating to activities in North America, Europe and Asia. Brian also has experience in a variety of complex commercial litigation, including securities fraud litigation, shareholder derivative actions, and private equity litigation, among others.
