Mr. Fletcher’s clients include publicly traded companies, privately held corporations of all sizes, high-net-worth entrepreneurs and business owners, commercial and residential real-estate developers, large retail-chain stores, trusts, utility companies, and public school districts, private schools, and universities.

Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Bloodworth Flick Law, Attorney James Flick offers over a decade of extensive experience in estate planning, business planning, asset protection planning, guardianship administration, and probate and trust administrations for high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners, and professionals. In addition, he is a Real Estate Sales Associate, and a Series 65, Uniform Investment Adviser. James is active in various professional organizations, such as the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar, the Central Florida Estate Planning Council, and WealthCounsel, a nationwide community of estate planning attorneys.

James J. Flick is an attorney, chartered life underwriter, chartered financial consultant, and former certified public accountant, with a law practice concentrating in the areas of estate planning and asset protection planning, compensation planning, and tax and business planning for physicians, business owners, professionals, and high net worth individuals. Prior to opening his law practice in 1993, Mr. Flick worked as a certified public accountant for twelve years. For eight of these years he worked as a tax specialist with “Big Six” international accounting firms. The remaining four years, he operated his own accounting firm specializing in tax and business planning for privately owned businesses. Mr. Flick uses his unique educational and professional background to provide his clients with complete planning that considers the overall financial and tax impact of issues, in addition to focusing on the legal aspect of those issues and their resolution. Also, his training in accounting, insurance, and financial planning enables him to more effectively communicate with clients and their professional advisors.
