Robert I. Feinberg has been a very well known personal injury attorney in Massachusetts for more than 35 years. He has won numerous awards and recognitions. Mr. Feinberg has testified before the Massachusetts Joint House/Senate Insurance Committee on insurance coverage. He has also lectured more than ten times to other attorneys on the handling personal injury cases, especially concerning trial practice. His court pleadings have been used as a teaching tool for members of the American Association of Justice. Attorney Feinberg is a 25-year member of the Board of Governors of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys. After graduating from LaSalle University where he received a B.A. in Mathematics, Mr. Feinberg then worked for eight years in the actuarial field assisting in the management of defined benefit pension plans. In 1991, he then returned to school, Temple University School of Law, to receive his J.D.

David A. Feinerman is an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of New York and in the Eastern and Southern Federal District Courts of New York. He also handled other Real Estate matters, from closings to coop/condominium issues. David later worked for a general practice firm in downtown Brooklyn. He also was admitted to the Eastern and Southern Federal District Courts, where he filed many personal Bankruptcy Chapter 7 Liquidation Petitions on behalf of his clients.
