Ms. Edblad graduated from the University of Southern California in 2008. After graduating from University of Southern California, Ms. Edblad went on to study at the London School of Economics and Cambridge University. Upon returning to the United States, Ms. Edblad Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. Amara Edblad, Esq. is the Managing Attorney of the Pincus Law Firm, PLC in North-West Phoenix. Ms. Edblad has practiced personal injury law since 2012.

Marc Edelson received his BS in Economics from The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania (cum laude 1984) and his JD from The University of California at Los Angeles (1987). Mr. Edelson has practiced almost exclusively in the area of class action litigation primarily in matters involving antitrust violations and violations of consumer fraud laws. Mr. Edelson has served in numerous lead counsel and executive committee roles in both state and federal cases.

Attorney Eden has over 35 years experience in the representation and advocacy of disabled individuals in the fields of Workers’ Compensation and Social Security/Disability. She is a 1978 graduate of the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA and a 1983 Cum Laude graduate of Suffolk University Law School in Boston, MA. She is a past member of the Board of Governors of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys and is a current member of that organization as well as the Massachusetts Bar Association. Attorney Eden is a frequent speaker at seminars dealing with Workers’ Compensation and Social Security law. Her work has been published in MCLE’s The Best of MCLE and she has been featured in MCLE’s taped series The Sixty Minute Lawyer. In addition, Attorney Eden has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America since 1998 and the National Registry of Who’s Who since 1999.
