Water Law Colleen Coyle is a water rights attorney based in Bozeman, Montana. She served for fourteen years as a Senior Water Master with the Montana Water Court, conducting hearings in Montana’s general statewide stream adjudication and managing statewide water right enforcement efforts. Prior to joining the Montana Water Court, she practiced water, real estate, natural resource, and environmental law, with experience in civil litigation and legislative consulting.
