Cate earned her undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin and her Juris Doctor from Quinnipiac University School of Law, Magna Cum Laude. Hanny Memorial Scholarship, The Sandra and Martin Lax Endowed Scholarship, and the Distinguished Academic Achievement Awards for Civil Procedure I, Mediation, Healthcare Compliance Law, and Representing Clients. While being active within the Indiana community, David is a Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys, Board member, on the Trial Lawyers Board of Regents, and received the Litigator Awards for Truck Accidents, for 2014 and 2015. He attended Indiana University for both his undergraduate and legal studies.
