Madeleine Brumley Clavier is an attorney with the Wagstaff Law Firm. Her practice focuses primarily on pesticide and consumer products litigation. Madeleine was recently appointed by the Honorable Jacqueline Corley to the Plaintiffs' Steering Committee in MDL 3101: In Re: Baby Food Marketing, Sales Practices and Products Liability Litigation. In the MDL, Plaintiffs allege that Defendants knowingly sold baby food products contaminated with elevated levels of heavy metals, including lead and arsenic, that caused neurodevelopmental damage, autism spectrum disorder, and ADHD. Prior to joining the Wagstaff Law Firm in 2022, Madeleine led the Mass Torts Department at a mid-sized firm, which specialized in personal injury and mass tort litigation.

Area of Practice: Elder Abuse Lesley has been featured in Time magazine, People, Frontline, New York Times, the National Law Journal, The SacBee, and The Sacramento Business Journal for her groundbreaking work in the field of elder abuse. A 1988 graduate of the San Diego School of Law, Lesley was thrust into elder abuse law when her great-aunt was abused and neglected at a residential care facility. Lesley successfully tried the case and got the facility’s license revoked. Since that time, her practice has focused exclusively on representing victims of abuse and neglect in institutional settings. Lesley believes that by holding corporations accountable to their promises to care for the vulnerable and provide competent, humane care, we can improve care for everyone. Lesley is the past chair of the American Association for Justice Nursing Home Litigation Group and has long been recognized by Martindale-Hubbell’s American Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers. Lesley strongly believes in passing along the knowledge she has gained through her years as an advocate and educator. Ian is a graduate of the University of Houston Law Center and a founding partner of Robins Cloud LLP. He has been responsible for the asbestos docket since the firms founding in 1992; including litigation, settlement and management of the docket. Ian has tried over 100 plaintiffs’ claims to verdict. He also has represented over 20,000 victims of asbestos disease since 1992. Ian is a native Houstonian and graduated from Texas State University (1988) and the University of Houston Law Center (1992) and was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1992. He is licensed to practice in front of Texas state courts and the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas.
