Marlana’s career has focused exclusively in the area of family law. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge about domestic litigation. Prior to joining Robinson & Henry, Marlana worked for the country’s largest domestic litigation law firm. Family law is a challenging area of practice. It takes a compassionate and assertive attorney to help individuals navigate some of the most difficult times of their lives. Marlana finds the rapport she develops with her clients reduces their stress and creates a foundation for a favorable outcome for their case. In addition to helping Robinson & Henry clients, Marlana remains active in the community. She works with low-income and unrepresented individuals who need assistance completing legal documents to launch their domestic cases. She also teaches law clinics for the National Institute for Trial Advocacy.

Dan grew up in Westchester County, New York in the town of Somers. He graduated from Binghamton University, then went on to receive his law degree from Buffalo School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in New York and Georgia. He began his legal career with the law firm of King & Spalding where he was an Associate on the tort litigation team. After a couple of years as a litigator, Dan went onto practice real estate law where, in addition to litigation, he worked with numerous builders and developers, conducted real estate closings, drafted covenants and contracts, and formed community associations at the largest real estate firm in Georgia. After becoming a partner, Dan joined Lueder Larkin & Hunter, LLC in January of 2015 also as a partner and focuses his practice primarily on residential real estate. He is currently based out of Lueder Larkin & Hunter, LLC’s Suwanee location and manages the Suwanee and Braselton locations.

Patrick Casey focuses his practice on criminal defense, family law and civil litigation. He provides client-centered representation and is sensitive to his clients’ needs. Patrick worked in St. Paul, Minnesota for two years in the areas of civil litigation and debt collection until he moved to southern Minnesota in 2005, and worked for five years as a Public Defender for the Fifth Judicial District. In 2009, he was named the Patrick F. Moriarty Trial Attorney of the Year. This award is given to a seasoned trial lawyer who tries difficult and high-profile cases, and who has extensive trial experience and client advocacy.
