We provide an informal atmosphere, combined with excellent advice and aggressive representation. Our practice is primarily focused in Delaware, Philadelphia, Montgomery, Chester and Berks counties. Our clients presently reside in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, New York, Virginia and Florida.

Jonathan “Jay” C. Voelker obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in 2007 from the University of Notre Dame and his Juris Doctorate Degree in 2011 from Duquesne University School of law. He was admitted in 2012 to the Pennsylvania Bar and the Western District of Pennsylvania. Jay attended Bethel Park High School and Kiski Prep School. Prior to becoming a lawyer with the firm, Attorney Voelker worked in various positions at Voelker & Morris since it was established in 1998. Attorney Voelker focuses his practice in Probate, Estate Administration and Estate Planning, as well as in Divorce, Custody, Support and Equitable Distribution. Attorney Voelker is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association Family Law Section, Probate Section, and Young Lawyers Division, as well as a member of the Allegheny County Chapter of the Matrimonial Inns of Court. Jay resides in the South Hills, and he enjoys gardening, reading, skiing, golfing, and fishing. Elizabeth was born in Houston, TX, and lived all over the southern US before landing in California as a young teen. Elizabeth knew she would be a lawyer from the time she was seven years old. Elizabeth is a State Certified Domestic Violence Advocate, having completed her training in 1995, and a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for Santa Cruz area foster children. Elizabeth is in her 19th year of practice as an attorney, is an experienced Mediator, and has experience in family law and civil litigation.
