Attorney Dusty Twyman-Morey was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1998 and has remained an active member in good standing since that time. She has recently been recognized in the 2020 and 2021 Edition of Best Lawyers, and was listed in Top Lawyers of Florida by The Legal Network in 2013, 2014, 2016, 2017, and 2018, ranked "Highest in Ethical Standards and Professional Excellence." Dusty is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator. Dusty is a long-time member of the American Bar Association. She has been an active member of the Central Florida Collaborative Family Law Institute since 2008 and a long-time member of the Central Florida Family Law Inns of Court, where she holds the designation of Barrister. Dusty is a former president of the Lake County Bar Association, Family Law Division.

Josefina L. Valdez is a highly accomplished attorney with approximately ten years of legal experience. She began her career dedicated to helping underprivileged and underserved individuals as a staff attorney and later as the Executive Director of a local non-profit legal services organization. Her background as a legal services attorney gives clients a unique advantage because Josefina had to learn a wide array of practice areas and is able to apply that expertise to each case she works on. Sarah Van Cott began practicing law in Alamogordo, NM, at a small civil practice where she managed cases including wills and trusts, personal injury, landlord tenant and contract law. In 2013, she began working as an Assistant District Attorney prosecuting criminal cases for the State of New Mexico where she became involved in juvenile justice and advocating for children and families. An alumni of UNM, NMSU and Onate High School, know known as Organ Mountain High School, she returned to Las Cruces, where she became commissioned as a Special Assistant Attorney General for the Human Services Department, Child Support Enforcement Division. Prior to graduating from law school in 2008, she served as an award-winning journalist and in-house counsel for many companies in San Diego, CA, where she met her husband and raised her children. Her diverse skill provides a big-picture approach to reaching positive outcomes for clients and their families.
