Mr. Sullivan attended Western State College of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree in 1978. Mr. Sullivan is admitted to practice law in the following jurisdictions: State Bar of California, California Supreme Court, U.S. District Court, Central District and the U.S. Federal Tax Court. Mr. Sullivan’s law firm primarily handles family law cases related to adoption, divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, property division, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, post-divorce modifications, guardianship and domestic violence. Mr. Sullivan is part of many associated with many professional organizations and associations including being a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Orange County Family Law Section of the State Bar of California. Mr. Sullivan has also previously been appointed by the Orange County Superior Court to represent minors and has acted as Special Master to the Court to address litigation in domestic relation actions.

Prior to his career as an attorney, Mr. Sunnen attended Washington University in St. Louis, where he graduated with a double major in Political Science and History and wrote an honors thesis. As a former Park Ranger, Mr. Sunnen has been, and is active in both the private and public sectors of the outdoor industry and has worked with many Fortune 500 companies to promote sustainable public lands appreciation, education and protection. Mr. Sunnen is also the former head of a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that he founded and operated for a three-year period; and currently serves on the board of directors of another 501(c)(3) organization.

Brandt Swardenski graduated from the University Colorado-Boulder School of Law in 2006. Shortly thereafter he returned to the Fox Valley and joined the State Public Defender's Office. In the first 12 years of his legal career, Attorney Swardenski represented the indigent accused. He not only addressed the current criminal charges in front of his clients, but also guided them to get out of addiction, poverty, domestic violence, or just start the process of living a productive life. Mary Beth L. Sweeney is a partner with the law firm of Atwood & Cherny . Her practice includes all aspects of domestic relations and probate litigation in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. A significant portion of her practice involves custody matters and children’s issues, including the impact of a child with special needs in a divorce case. Mary Beth has expertise in custody, removal, visitation, and Hague Convention matters (where a parent abducts a child to/from another country).
