One Blue Hill Plaza, 10th Floor, Pearl River, NY 10965

In 2002, Robert made the decision to leave a partnership with a large, national New York City based litigation firm and form the Law Office of Robert S. Sunshine, P.C. With over 25 years of legal practice Robert S. Sunshine has handled numerous complex litigation matters and has been consulted countless times by clients, corporations and lawyers throughout the nation. It was his belief then and continues to be his belief now, that everyone is entitled to affordable, high quality legal services and to be represented by a skilled, aggressive, yet caring litigator who has but one objective in mind – the success of their case. It is because of this dedication that all clients have complete and uninhibited access to his services on a 24 hour a day, 7 day a week basis even if it means responding to case inquiries in the middle of the night. Robert started his legal career with hard work and perseverance. That hard work has continued to this day and explains why he is so often considered the best in Rockland County, and to many, the best in New York. Robert is often asked to correct the mistakes made by other attorneys, and a good portion of the practice involves proceedings commenced to correct those mistakes. It’s his experience and reputation that sets The Law Office of Robert S. Sunshine, P.C. apart, and how it can help you be successful with your litigation matter.

Brandt Swardenski

Family and Divorce Law

251 E Wisconsin Ave, Neenah, WI 54956, USA

Brandt Swardenski graduated from the University Colorado-Boulder School of Law in 2006. Shortly thereafter he returned to the Fox Valley and joined the State Public Defender's Office. In the first 12 years of his legal career, Attorney Swardenski represented the indigent accused. He not only addressed the current criminal charges in front of his clients, but also guided them to get out of addiction, poverty, domestic violence, or just start the process of living a productive life. His role positioned him in a courtroom on a daily basis, fighting against superior powers of the state to ensure his clients are treated equally and with understanding. He uses those same finely honed skills to advocate for clients in all family law matters, working to assure that they come through the process with their interests protected and their voices heard. Years of experience in the courtroom allows Attorney Swardenski to anticipate individual judges approaches to issues. This particular guidance is invaluable in the highly discretionary area of family law. In the early part of his life, Attorney Swardenski learned that the world is often run by whoever shows up at the meeting. As a result, he makes sure he shows up for that meeting whenever possible. He has been a member of the board for non-profit organizations, collaborative justice initiatives, and statewide efforts to eliminate racial differences in the juvenile justice system. Outside of the office, you will find him trying to be a cyclist, seeking solace on his kayak, over enthusiastically discussing Packer football, or just watching his two children grow. Contact him today to get the services of an experienced and compassionate counselor who will consider the whole of your life as he guides you through your current legal problem.
