Ms. Simpson is an experienced litigator who practices in all areas of matrimonial and family law matters, including those involving custody, visitation and support issues, the valuation and equitable distribution of marital assets, and the negotiation and drafting of prenuptial, postnuptial and separation agreements. Ms. Simpson has negotiated successful settlements on behalf of clients and, when necessary, litigated numerous complicated financial and custody matters through to trial, including matters garnering national and international attention. Ms. Simpson is a former member of the Matrimonial Committee of the New York City Bar Association and an active participant in the New York Women’s Bar Association Pro Bono Matrimonial Law Project. She is also a member of the New York State Bar Association, Family Law Section. Ms. Simpson has co-presented A Woman's Roadmap to the Detours of Life at Bloomberg and on Sirius Radio. Mr. Sinclair represents clients in family matters, including divorces, custody petitions and post judgment actions. Much of Attorney Sinclair’s work has involved reviewing small business ownership interests and their potential value in property settlement or support orders. Attorney Sinclair also represents clients in matter before the Probate Court. In addition to estate administration, Attorney Sinclair has experience representing clients in conservatorship and guardianship matters. Attorney Sinclair is a member of the American Bar Association, Connecticut Bar Association, Fairfield County Bar Association, and Greater Bridgeport Bar Association. Prior to returning to law school Mr. Sinclair was part of the business advisory and audit practice of Arthur Andersen and was the Vice President and Controller of a small professional firm. Mr. Sinclair earned a Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University, a Master of Science in Professional Accounting from the University of Hartford, and a Juris Doctor from Quinnipiac University School of Law. While at Quinnipiac University, Attorney Sinclair was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, where he competed and coached in family law competitions. Attorney Sinclair was a member of the Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity and offered his time to the community preparing tax returns in connection with the VITA program. Mr. Sinclair volunteers his time at the legal advice clinic sponsored by the Domestic Violence Crisis Center in Stamford, Connecticut. Attorney Sinclair is active in his church, giving his time to mission projects, committee membership and music ministry.

Ms. Siragusa received her B.A. in psychology, cum laude, with minors in biology and human development from the State University of New York at Geneseo in 1991. Ms. Siragusa graduated cum laude from Syracuse University College of Law in 1994 where she served as a member on the Legislative Research Bureau and also received an American Jurisprudence Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy. While attending law school, Ms. Siragusa interned at the Monroe County District Attorney’s Office and for the New York State Supreme Court. Prior to joining Brown & Tarantino, LLC, Ms. Siragusa was an Assistant District Attorney for Monroe County. As an Assistant District Attorney, Ms. Siragusa’s assignments included the Rochester City Drug Court and the Special Investigations Bureau. She also was on the Drug Task Force for the Town of Greece Police Department. Ms. Siragusa then served as a Principal Law Clerk for New York State Supreme Court Justice David Michael Barry. Ms. Siragusa is currently on the Board of Directors for Cobblestone Arts Center, an organization for mentally and physically disabled persons, and Best Foot Forward children’s theater. She is a past member of the Board of Directors for the Webster Youth Football Organization. Ms. Siragusa is an Attorney Representative for the Rochester Chapter of Youth and Government. She has been actively involved in coaching through Webster Youth Baseball, YMCA, Catholic Youth Organization, Northcoast Basketball and is currently an AAU Liason for Rochester Lady Royals Basketball. Ms. Siragusa participates in the Attorneys for Children Program which is dedicated to the provision of the highest quality of legal representation for children in many kinds of court proceedings (such as juvenile delinquency, custody and visitation and child protective proceedings) in the twenty-two counties comprising the Appellate Division Fourth Department. In 2014, Ms. Siragusa was honored as a recipient of the Honorable Michael F. Dillon Attorney For Child Award for her work in the Attorneys for Children Program. Additionally, Ms. Siragusa has served on fundraising committees for Our Lady of Mercy and McQuaid Jesuit High Schools. Additionally, Ms. Siragusa is a parent representative for Rochester Volleyball Club and a consultant for Paradigm Volleyball.
