Attorney Ardené Fox currently accepts family law, juvenile, and adoption cases. In addition to working in private practice, Attorney Fox has served as an Assistant Attorney General representing the Arizona Department of Child Safety in dependency, guardianship, termination of parental rights, and adoption matters. Paul practices in the areas of significant personal injury, wrongful death, ethics and professional malpractice. He previously served as an Adjunct Professor of Medical and Research Ethics at Midwestern University and the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine and is currently an Adjunct Professor with the Sandra Day O'Connor School of Law at Arizona State University. He has been a Judge Pro Tempore since 2005 and has served on various Supreme Court Boards, Disciplinary Panel and Fee Arbitration Committee. Paul is a Board Certified Pre-Trial and Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy/National Board of Legal Specialty Certification and is Board Certified by the State Bar of Arizona Board of Legal Specialization in the area of Injury and Wrongful Death Litigation. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys for Medical Malpractice. Paul is also an Associate with the American Board of Trial Advocates since 2012.

Robert W. Goldwater is the Founder, President, and Managing Partner of the Goldwater Law Firm. Mr. Goldwater graduated with Honors from Arizona State University Law School in 1992, where he was a Pedrick Scholar and winner of the law school’s prestigious Canby Moot Court Competition. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, American Association of Justice, American Trial Lawyers Association, AAJ Birth Trauma Litigation Group, AAJ Nursing Home Litigation Group, and several other organizations. Mr. Goldwater focuses his practice almost exclusively on personal injury and wrongful death cases, and in the last three years has helped recover in excess of $100 million for his clients.
