Harvey was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. He received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (finance) in 1968 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona in 1971. While attending U of A, Harvey participated in the Voluntary Income Tax Assistance program, Law Student Civil Rights Research Council and was a staff writer for the Arizona Advocate. Ms. Burgess is an experienced trial attorney who emphasizes health care, medical malpractice, product liability, professional liability, employment law, personal injury and municipal liability in her practice. She has tried cases in state and federal courts, on issues ranging from complex medical negligence claims, to police use-of-force and constitutional claims, and has argued appeals in Arizona’s Appellate and Supreme courts, and before the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. Anthony Campagnolo is the West Valley managing attorney with Hastings and Hastings. He graduated from Niagara University in Western New York with a B.S. in Commerce in 2007. After working as a manager in the rent-to-own industry for a few years, Anthony began law school at Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, where he received his J.D. Anthony was admitted to practice law by the State Bar of Arizona in 2014. During and after law school, Anthony worked as a law clerk in the Civil Division of the City of Tempe Attorney’s Office.
