He has extensive experience representing and counseling clients in challenging and complex litigation in state and federal courts and arbitration proceedings in Minnesota and Wisconsin. David works with his clients to develop practical legal strategies consistent with their goals, objectives, and expectations. His broad base of knowledge and trial experience is applied towards the evaluation of claims across practice areas and in the strategic planning for the defense of cases involving the most difficult subject matter. Known for his diligent investigative efforts, courtroom presence and strategic approach to defense, David has successfully tried numerous high-stakes jury cases to verdict, including matters involving claims of wrongful death, medical malpractice, and most recently secured a complete defense jury verdict in a commercial premises liability claim in which Plaintiff sought damages totaling $14 million.
