About Rodric
Rodric Pacheco, known professionally as Rod Pacheco, is a litigation attorney at Pacheco & Neach PC in Irvine, California. His California bar record lists an active license and admission in December 1983.
Before entering private practice, Pacheco held elected office as Riverside County district attorney. He also spent six years in the California Assembly, representing the 64th District in western Riverside County. His subsequent law firm positions included a partnership at Dentons in Los Angeles and a partner-level position at Theodora Oringher PC, where he chaired the White Collar Practice Group. He later started Pacheco & Neach.
Commercial and criminal trials both appear in his litigation background, alongside arbitration and administrative trials. His work for businesses has not been confined to courtroom disputes: California corporations have retained him as outside general counsel for internal investigations, business questions and advice before litigation. Municipalities and other government entities have also engaged him as outside counsel.
Among the matters described in his firm biography is an investigation for a Silicon Valley technology company involving a competitor and trade secret infringement. A separate assignment for an international insurer concerned multimillion-dollar fraud by former employees and involved collaboration with federal and local prosecutors. Other engagements have put him on opposite sides of different kinds of civil claims. He represented corporations and a chief executive pursuing conversion, fraud and trespass allegations, and defended a California corporation against a municipality’s allegations of environmental violations.
