Mr. Visco is a graduate of the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University (BA 2002) and the Thomas Jefferson School of Law (JD, 2005). A former prosecutor, Mr. Visco began his legal career in 2006 as a DDA with the San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office. While with the district attorney’s office, Mr. Visco handled thousands of misdemeanor and felony cases and quickly rose through the ranks. After assignments that included misdemeanor trials and felony preliminary hearings and trials. Mr. Visco was promoted to the hardcore gang unit, where he was primarily responsible for prosecuting serious violent crimes including assault, burglary, robbery, attempted murder, and murder. In 2014, Mr. Visco was recognized by the State Bar of California as a Certified Specialist in Criminal Law. Now as a criminal defense attorney, Mr. Visco use his vast experience to help the criminally accused fight for their rights.

“Josh saved my life. I was charged with a felony along with 2 misdemeanors and he made it all go away. There were two other defendants, totaling 3 teams of lawyers. Not only did Josh cost the least of the three, but he was by far the most effective. He was the one that filed the motion that subsequently got the felony charges dismissed by the judge, which changed the entire complexion of the case, leaving the DA with no leverage. Josh is not flashy, he is a straight-forward to-the-point person who looks out for the best interest in his clients.
