Emily Rubenstein

Emily E. Rubenstein practices divorce and family law in Beverly Hills, California, where she is the founding attorney of Emily Rubenstein Law. Her cases range from amicable divorces to contested family matters, with work at both the negotiating table and in litigation. On the financial side of those cases, she brings in appraisers, forensic accountants and other financial professionals to help identify assets and income, determine their characterization and protect them.

Her California bar admission dates to March 13, 2014. The State Bar lists her license as active and her office at Emily Rubenstein Law PC on Wilshire Boulevard in Beverly Hills.

Rubenstein completed her undergraduate degree at The Ohio State University in 2009, earning a B.A. magna cum laude. Her J.D. followed in 2013; the firm lists the law school as University of California Law San Francisco.

Bar association service is also part of her professional background. In 2016, she was co-president of the LGBTQ Lawyers Association of Los Angeles.
