Deborah Tropp

Deborah Tropp is a Newport Beach, California, attorney whose practice includes insurance defense and civil litigation at McNeil Tropp & Braun LLP. A founding partner, she appears on the firm's website as Deborah S. Tropp-Thompson. Her California bar admission dates to December 14, 1992, and the State Bar lists her license as active.

Tropp represents both insurance and private clients in complex trials. Much of her practice concerns personal injury defense: medical malpractice and elder abuse cases, claims involving automobile and trucking injuries, and disputes over product and premises liability. Her lectures for insurance companies, attorney groups and healthcare providers have covered patient charting, HIPAA, managed care litigation, workplace sexual harassment and steps to avoid malpractice litigation.
