Brooke Bryant

Brooke K. Bryant is a family law attorney in Rocklin, California, and a founding partner of Merus Law, APC. She holds certification as a Family Law Specialist and has practiced in that field since 2007. Before helping establish Merus, Bryant handled bankruptcy and family matters at another local firm. Her background also includes probate and estate planning.

Her family law work covers both financial disputes and matters involving children: divorce, division of assets, child and spousal support, custody and visitation. She has also handled guardianships, adoptions, grandparents’ rights and domestic violence cases. Bryant studied English and history at the University of the Pacific, earning bachelor’s degrees in both subjects and graduating summa cum laude from its honors program. She went on to graduate from the University of California, Davis School of Law. There, she coordinated events for the International Law Society and served as an Environmental Law Society representative. She also helped visiting Master of Laws students as a liaison and assisted with intercultural events.

A summer program took her to Brussels and Geneva during law school. Hosted by the University of Oklahoma, it focused on international law. While in Geneva, Bryant worked at the United Nations in connection with the Working Group for Indigenous Peoples.
