About Tim
Tim Reed is a personal injury attorney with Reed Firm in Little Rock, Arkansas. His legal career began at another Arkansas personal injury firm; opening his own practice came later. He completed law school at the University of Arkansas in Little Rock, graduating with honors.
Little Rock is also home to Reed, his wife and their children. His earlier years were spent elsewhere in the state: born in southeast Arkansas, he grew up partly in the Delta before moving to central Arkansas while still in grade school. He has lived in central Arkansas since that move.
His professional memberships include the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice. Reed’s firm biography lists him as a National Trial Lawyers Top 100 member and notes his previous inclusion on the Super Lawyers Rising Star list.
Reed Firm’s stated practice covers injury cases involving cars, trucks, motorcycles, bicycles and boats. Beyond those accident matters, the firm lists catastrophic injuries, wrongful death and slip-and-fall cases. It also accepts referrals and co-counsel arrangements across Arkansas, including personal injury cases referred by lawyers who practice in other areas. Under the contingency-fee arrangement described on its website, the firm receives its fee from a settlement and charges no attorney fee unless it wins the case.
