Brandon Falls

Brandon Falls is an attorney in civil practice with Campbell Law, PC in Hoover, Alabama. Before joining the firm in 2016, he spent nineteen years working in the criminal justice system, including eight years as district attorney for Alabama’s Tenth Judicial Circuit.

His path into prosecution began in Birmingham. After graduating from the University of Alabama in 1994 and its law school in 1997, Falls joined the District Attorney’s Office directly from law school. He advanced to division chief, and his work as a prosecutor included assisting more than twenty police jurisdictions with felony investigations and prosecuting criminal cases. In 2008, Alabama’s governor appointed him district attorney; Jefferson County voters elected him to that office in 2010.

Teaching has also been part of Falls’s legal career. He served as an adjunct professor at Cumberland School of Law and spoke regularly at the University of Alabama School of Law. His work teaching trial advocacy for the National District Attorneys Association took him to Columbia, South Carolina, Salt Lake City, Utah, and other locations across the country.

Falls’s community involvement has included service on the board of the Prescott House Child Advocacy Center. He was also a founding board member of One Place Metro Alabama Family Justice Center. His move to Campbell Law marked a transition from criminal prosecution to civil practice.
